This year, for the University Recruit team at Microsoft, we delivered new innovative tactics that put the field team ahead of their competition.
We brought to life a holistic campaign that elevates Microsoft employees who are changing the way consumers think about technology.

We were asked by ATHN to redesign the user experience for ATHNadvoy, the leading web-based and mobile tool used by nearly 100,000 patients to track bleeding episodes and infusions. The result is a clean and inviting experience. Treatment Centers use the patient reported information to customize patient care plans.

We had a chance to give Front Porch Digital a little brand refresh and new look this year to show off at their event booth at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) show. NAB is the world’s largest electronic media show covering filmed entertainment and the development, management and delivery of content across all mediums. [...]

We redesigned the entire user experience as well as the overall design of the site to enhance and simplify the candidate’s experience when looking for jobs at Microsoft. Candidates can search thousands of job openings around the world by location, business division, or profession and can also sign up for the Talent Network to receive customized job alerts based on keywords and location. We partnered with our friends at Jobs2Web for the platform development.

We needed to convince Microsoft University recruits that Seattle is a tech hot-spot full of outdoor adventure, local breweries, nightclubs, coffee shops, and bike paths. We cast real Microsoft employees enjoying the real cityscape. The clients really loved the way the music and editing brought a lot of energy and fun to the piece. Oh yeah, it was sunny for the entire 4 days of filming!
